Craniosacral, Polarity, Massage, and Neuroplasticity techniques can help you find balance for your entire system. Additionally, bodywork can be a powerful preventative modality, helping you maintain a place of center and calm. Sessions can be clothed or unclothed (though always covered), depending on the techniques and your comfort level.
