If you are in need of a some support, Polarity, Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy are all powerful and therapeutic tools to help you unwind stress, pain, and trauma, and find balance in your entire system. For many, regular work is preventative, used to help maintain a place of center and connection.
You can call, text, or email to schedule an appointment for either 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours. We will also spend a few minutes talking both before and after the work on the table.
For bodywork, sometimes a session will consist of one modality, based on need and desired outcome. However, quite often a session will be a mix of Polarity, Craniosacral, and Massage work, letting your body and nervous system determine where to go.
If we work with oil on the tissues, you will undress to whatever level you are comfortable, keeping in mind you will always remain draped with a towel or sheet. For those that prefer to remain clothed, we can easily work through the clothing, just not with oil. For a session of only Polarity and/or Craniosacral work, you will remain clothed, so it is important to come in loose, comfortable clothing.
Please call for rates and potential health insurance or car insurance benefits.
Also, I provide some sliding scale sessions each week for people on a low and fixed income. Please feel free to ask about any of this.
Daytime and evening appointments available Monday-Friday.
Please note that my cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a fee for the session.
You can call, text or email to schedule an appointment or with any questions.
"I'm grateful for Kathy's integrity and offer of sliding scale sessions, making it possible for me to take care of my body which I depend on for my work in
landscaping. Bodywork with Kathy has helped me greatly in relieving pain from repetitive use. Kathy has an incredible intuitive ability to find points that are holding tension. Her sessions are
deeply grounded and deeply healing, both physically and emotionally." ~Carolyn
